Fighting Game Saturdays: "Avalon"

SCHEDULE

• 5:30 PM- Come on in for some casuals! Feel free to come in even earlier though, we open at 10am! (check calendar for availability, standard walk-in rates apply if you want to play before 5:30pm)
• 6:00 PM- Check in for your match and warm-up with some practice matches
• 6:45 PM- In-person signups wind down. If you are arriving after this point or you’re going to be late, you must pre-register and post in #late-check-in on our Discord server, or there is a chance you will not be allowed into the bracket.
• 7:00 PM- Tournament begins! (Casual setups will open up as the tournament progresses)
• 12AM: Post-event casuals end/venue closes.

IF YOU’RE RUNNING LATE

Please post in #late-check-in on our Discord server. Be sure to “react” to the post in #choose-games-roles to give yourself the FGC role when you first join Discord.

DQ RULES

• Be around when your bracket is starting.
• 10 minute timer if you are missing when your match is called. If you aren’t back by the end of that timer you will be DQed into losers and after that DQed out of bracket.

Inform TOs if you have something important to do or if you need to step out. We will also try to accommodate participants entering multiple tournament brackets at the same time.

PAYOUTS

• Less than 9 entrants: 1st-70% 2nd-30%.
• 10-31 entrants: 1st-60% 2nd-30% 3rd-10%.
• 32+ entrants: 1st-55% 2nd-30% 3rd-10% 4th-5%

On Site Registration will open at 5:00PM for all events.

• SF6 Registration will close at 6:45PM and Bracket will start at 7:00PM
• TEKKEN 8 Registration will close at 7:15PM and Bracket will start at 7:30PM
  

  STREET FIGHTER 6 & TEKKEN 8 WILL BE PLAYED ON PS5!

  Please bring a PS5 Compatible Controller/Adapter

Heaven’s Arena is part of the TEKKEN World Tour!

Earn points by participating in DOJO 16+ events! Make sure to link your start.gg account to your Bandai Namco account. Check out the official TEKKEN World Tour site for more details.

REGISTRATION

• Pricing: $10 venue + $10 prize pool (per game). Unlimited casuals are included with venue fee.
  • Don’t want to enter the tourney but you want to play friendlies? Just pay the venue fee ($10)
  • Don’t want to enter or play at all, you’re purely spectating? That’s completely free!
• VIP check-in (recommended): pre-pay on start.gg for faster processing when you arrive. It makes it much easier for everyone!
• Event is bring your own controller. There won’t be any to rent or use from the venue.
• If paying in-store, you can use credit/debit (preferred) or cash.
• Snacks and drinks are available for purchase.
• Our venue offers restroom facilities and plenty of parking on-site.
