After The Diagnostic
- We provide you with a full explanation of the problem and a price estimate.
- You decide if you want to proceed with the repair.
- If you decline the repair, you only pay the $25 diagnostic fee.
Simple Ticketing System
- You’ll receive a Repair Ticket with a unique ID matching your repair order.
- Keep your ticket safe—you’ll need to present it to pick up your item.
- Lost ticket? Additional ID verification will be required for pickup.
Customer Agreement & Liability Waiver
Upon drop-off, customers are required to sign our Repair Authorization and Liability Waiver,
which includes:
Approval of a $25 non-refundable diagnostic fee.
- Acknowledgment that final repair costs will be discussed before any repairs are
performed. - Agreement that Gamers Grove is not liable for:
○ Pre-existing issues or internal damage discovered during diagnostic.
○ Devices that fail completely during or after diagnostic/repair (especially with
pre-existing damage).
○ Loss of data or personal information. Please back up your data before service. - Agreement to pick up the device within 30 days of repair completion or risk storage
fees or disposal.

- Final Invoice – Listing diagnostics, parts used, labor, and total cost
